Apparently, climbing one of the tallest buildings in the country with a mystery flag is one way to get people talking. 👀

The interesting part? ➡The statement people *heard* may not have been the statement they *intended* to make.

One of the biggest disconnects I see with businesses online?

Business owners are busy actually running the business… while customers are quietly deciding whether or not the business still feels active, current, and trustworthy online.

People make decisions long before they ever message, call, or walk through the door.

Perception matters more than most businesses realize.

I’ve had a lot of conversations lately with business owners who feel like they’re posting on social media… but it’s not really turning into people walking through the door.

And honestly, I get it.

I’ve worked with a lot of local businesses over the years, and this is probably the most common frustration I hear.

A lot of times it’s not that you’re doing anything “wrong”—it’s just that there’s no real strategy behind what’s being posted or how it’s being used.

I’ve been working on something new that leans more into that side of things—helping turn content into actual traffic and bookings, not just keeping a page active.

I’m opening up a few spots to work with businesses more hands-on and test it out a bit.
