We are looking for a self-motivated Office Manager to execute daily administrative operations of the companies. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The individual will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. The individual will be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the diverse needs of small businesses.
Key Skills and Qualifications Include:
Experience in finance, business administration or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
Proficient with QuickBooks
Strong interpersonal skills - optimistic and friendly
Self-starter with ability to prioritize
Detail oriented, organized, dependable and honest
Analytical thinker - good with numbers and spreadsheets
Key Job Duties:
Manage QuickBooks for all income and expenses
Manage invoices and receipts
Reconcile Bank Accounts
Assist with event/meeting planning and logistics
Assist with organization communications
Receive incoming messages and packages and check the mail weekly
Interact in-person, by telephone and electronically with the public, in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Draft letters and official correspondence for signature
Process product purchases including mailing and recording data in spreadsheet for tracking sales tax
