👋 Hey Yokels!

How are we doing? It’s been a while and I’m just checking in 🥺🫶. Without going into the current feelings amongst the social media waves, I’m left thinking… what can I do?

What can be done, by myself, without needing others to join? How can I effect change and be safe and keep my family safe? The answer feels corny to say but it’s simple - make sure I’m shopping locally!!

✅ Invest in my community, Starve the beast. Win through kindness, help where I can, donate where I can, try to be of service to those around me.

Our town (New Paltz) has boutiques, head shops, yoga studios, day spas,crystal shops, bakeries, cafes, pizza places, diners, and local art is hung everywhere and it’s painted on the buildings…. I love it here. There’s over 165 shops to get to know. All these places are owned and operated by our neighbors, friends and family.

I think I’ll get out and do a little in-person shopping today 🤗🛍️🫶
