I hope that you are having a great day so far; I wanted to share a little bit about niches and content pillars today for my Social Media Sunday tip.
First of all, niches and content pillars are essential for being able to create any content strategy that helps you grow on any social media platform, including Instagram.🌈
Finding your social media niches and content pillars can require a little bit of research. Keep reading for more information on how to start. 👇👇👇
To find your niche, or target audience, ask yourself the following question: Who do I want to be connecting with on (insert social media platform here)?
>>> this answer should be as specific as possible. Include the age group that you’re looking for, gender(s), other identifying demographics, what they like to do in their spare time, what their favorite TV show is, what kind of music they like (this is especially important for any music artist out there!), etc. ✨
To find the content pillars for your brand or business, start off by asking yourself what your business goals are!
>>> is your goal to educate, inspire, and connect with artists? Then those are 3 content pillars right there! They don’t need to be super insightful, but I would spend a little bit of time making sure that your niche and content pillars do work with each other before creating posts. 👍
