For those who don't know me enough to know, when I use the word majik it translates to synchronistic moments. Like yesterday, one of those majik moments was having a song stuck in my head which makes me think of a certain someone, driving with the radio off, the little voice in my head says turn on the radio, at first I don't, then I do, and, yup, that song is playing :-)
Just yesterday I was thinking of how the majik in my life goes missing when I'm either physically sick, or psychologically stressed (usually over somebody else's stress that they bring to me). So, yesterday I said to myself, "Self, it's been awhile since you've had a majik moment, let's breathe here and now and welcome the next majik moment. Focus on your blessings." And two majik things happened within the next 20 mins! :-)

Don't dim your light for anyone,loves. Sometimes we are afraid we won't be loved if we shine too brightly. Someone will feel threatened, or make fun of us, or any number of things. Keep your eye on your own life and your own dreams. What anyone else thinks is not important. That is a reflection of what is going on inside them anyway. Send love when you feel someone trying to pull you down. Always send love. As for you, let your heart light radiate your love freely and watch your life transform, where miracles seem ordinary, beauty is everywhere and magic wants you for its dance partner.

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: "How heavy is this glass of water?"

Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.

She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." She continued, "The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything."

It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the evening and into the night. Remember to put the glass down!

Actually, I would rewrite this to, "give More energy to your dreams as you do to your fears. And for that matter - get rid of your fears! False Evidence Appearing Real. Action solves fear paralysis. If you can change it, get up and do it. It only grows bigger in your mind if you don't. If you can't change it, then you have to get up and figure out how to deal with *that*! Dream-building much less daunting than fear-mongering. Yeah, that's my rewrite."
