“Intertwining Colors” is a reminder that the surface matters just as much as the artwork itself. Created by Hisham Akira Bharoocha and Maria Lupianez, the large-scale mural captured 60 residents of NYCHA’s Fulton and Elliott-Chelsea Houses, and stretched across 370 feet of scaffolding.

Two Point Eight provided a foundation for the artwork, wrapping with a Roughmark Vinyl. The texture of canvas introduces depth, softens light, and gives the work a more natural, human feel at scale.

Most people are surprised by just how many things can be wrapped.

And yet, here we are at Two Point Eight showing how far that idea can stretch. From doors, screens, sculptural elements, even full environments can be wrapped and completely transformed without rebuilding a thing. What looks like painted metal, glowing light, or a custom finish is often just our printed surfaces doing a lot of work.

Two Point Eight worked on the adidas on its Brooklyn MakerLab known as The Farm, a creative space made up of a "relatively small team of designers from around the world who come together to work on creating shoes for the future."

Instead of the high gloss of vinyl, adidas wanted a natural feel. So the team at Two Point Eight produced and installed the large-format graphics using bond-paper and wheat paste.

For the AriZona x Thierry Lasry Pop-Up in SoHo, NYC, Two Point Eight helped bring the environment to life with large-format print that turned the space into a fully immersive brand moment.

From custom-wrapped vending machines to seamless wall and floor graphics, every surface carried the energy of the collaboration. The space became a bold canvas for the new merch drop, AriZona HARD with VODKA, and AriZona Cold Brew Coffee — designed to be photographed, shared, and experienced up close.
