How we attracted 3000+ new clients for a dance studio and reduced cost of a lead by 75%. 📈

We met Lisa, who owns a beautiful cozy ballet studio during tough times - right after the pandemic. Even though her team and dance classes for kids and adults were on top of the game, Julia struggled to secure enough clients to grow her business. 💔

After the first consultation, we analyzed the initial data and found two significant gaps. It turned out that the average cost per client was about USD 3.5. And out of 670 interested, only 1% bought a membership - meaning a cost of a single client was USD 360 (which was obviously too high).

Then, we started working! Every single ad our client had before offered the same thing - first class for free. Who doesn’t like free stuff? Unfortunately, giving away one class for free resulted in staffed groups filled with people who attended a single session and disappeared forever. Those people weren’t going to sign up for a membership in the first place. We decided to completely change the promotional offer. We switched from giving away a free class to giving a discount. Although Julia was anxious that no one would come, she trusted us.

The obligation to pay at least something completely changed the message between the studio and potential long-term clients. People who came to the promo class saw greater value in it. That is why they considered buying a membership more seriously and more often.

During our cooperation, we created a landing page for a potential lead to take a quiz in a game format. We also tested directing a customer to Messenger, but it showed poor results. A little extra - we integrated CRM to help process applications effectively.

New strategy in place we were able to reduce the cost of a client by 4 times! The cost of a lead stayed almost the same. However, the quality increased dramatically. We expanded the same ad technique to all the franchise studios around the world. That successful approach decreased a cost of a sale conversion by 60%.
