I am currently an undergraduate student at NYU, majoring in Economics with minors in Math and Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology. Grew up in Ningbo, China, I spent my high school in a subject-focused educational mode. After my gap year, I was determined to pursue an education in America where I would be able to explore knowledge wildly in a diverse, innovative intellectual atmosphere
with peers from all over the world. Now, as an undergraduate student, my major courses in Economics offered me a solid knowledge base in business fields. After choosing Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology as a minor, my interest in business developed gradually, negativing to specific fields: marketing and communication. I am interested in the integrated marketer and digital media specialist position in the entertainment and media industries. Skill-wise, I have proven experiences in handling a business social media account and assisting in a marketing campaign, from initial brainstorming to practical executions, in a variety of industries, from sports companies to luxury brands. Creativity and adaptability are the soft skills that I am confident to exhibit to potential placements. These abilities enabled me to adapt to the ever-changing world, remain aware of fluctuations, and make timely adjustments accordingly.
