🖊️ We recently conducted a poll on our Instagram stories asking how many people genuinely invested in user testing before launching their product/ service…

⚠️ The answer was shocking!

😨 Out of 20 people that answered (all business owners) 0 had invested in user testing when they began…

However, 5 of them conducted it a few months Post- Launch, and admitted that they benefited a lot from it!
