Want to use AI in your firm? Don't start there.

"The next chance I get to build anything, I'm doing the exact opposite."

David Leary went back to the Intuit call center after years away. 10 out of 11 calls were the exact same problems from a decade ago. None of them ever got fixed.

So he had his George Costanza moment. Forget the massive launches, the layers of management, the two-year product cycles. Just build the smallest thing possible, get one person to use it, and learn.

That approach ended up in the appendix of The Lean Startup.

You don't need all the answers on day one. You just need to start building.
