I'm a Canadian.

So when my guest told me he landed a massive client at something called "Bullets and Bourbon"…

I had questions.

Fully automatic machine guns. Bourbon tastings. A bunch of guys just hanging out.

No pitch deck. No sales call. No follow-up sequence.

Just two guys bonding over which machine gun was their favorite — and three months later a multi-thousand dollar monthly client was signed.

This might be the most Texas thing I've ever heard. And honestly? One of the most unique ways to land a huge client I've ever come across.

One of the biggest things we covered: tie-downs and micro-agreements.

Stop waiting until the end of the call to ask for commitment. Build small moments of buy-in throughout the entire conversation — so by the time you present the investment, they've already said yes a dozen times.
