We’ve analyzed what separates the viral spikes from the sustainable revenue shifts and here’s what we learnt: Never upload your full catalog. Start with 3-5 “Hero SKUs” that are inventory-synced and optimized for mobile-first PDPs.

If your backend (Shopify, fulfillment, SKU management) isn’t ready, TikTok won’t create growth, it will only reveal your operational weaknesses. Are you seeing TikTok Shop as incremental revenue or just incremental complexity for your team?
