May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 🧠And my platform isn’t meaningful unless I’m having transparent conversations that truly resonate and can help others feel seen.

I had the honor of being featured on ’s Voices of Impact campaign series and I used this opportunity to highlight mental health and how my brand came to life, through my own life experience.

The name The Progress Goddess represents the idea that two truths can exist at the same time. Yes, I am a work in progress as I navigate being a generational cycle breaker, building and scaling a personal brand on my own terms through mental health adversities, and showing up consistently on my healing journey to become who I am created to be. But yes, I am also complete as I am.

What may feel is a setback is ultimately a setup for success. What you feel has you behind in life is strategically directing you to be in the right place, at the right time, in your journey.

I define myself as multidimensional, but intentional. I refuse to shrink myself into a niche box to the world’s expectations.

My dream is to create a legacy greater than myself, while utilizing my gifts. And yes, those gifts include what could be perceived as things that would hold me back: an ADHD diagnosis, PTSD from being raised in a home of domestic violence and dysfunction along with depression and generalized anxiety. I am here to be proof of all that is possible.

Some days, the career milestones publicly seen are my proudest accomplishments. Speaking on stages, representing my Puerto Rican heritage, and mentoring the next generation. But some days, getting out of bed feels worthy of applause too.

Admittedly, these challenges have postponed the official launch of my website. My goal is to document and share the unsugarcoated progress to reclaiming my power. I have been assigned these mountains to show the world how they can be moved. Progress over perfection ✨

A full-circle moment being featured in Voices of Impact series… a reflection of the life I’ve been called to.

Becoming who I needed when I was younger wasn’t a choice, it was an obligation. A life assignment that was always strategically aligned with my purpose.

The work that I do and the woman I’ve become has given me a platform to empower young girls and women, but in the process, it constantly brings me back to why I started. Every mentee, every conversation, every genuine connection is a reminder that this is bigger than me.

I entered the Bronx Puerto Rican Cultural Pageant seeking a deeper connection to my heritage, to amplify my cultura. A year later, I walked away not only with a crown, but with a deeper understanding of my history, my identity in every dimension, and a transformation into the woman I once envisioned.

Everything I do, everything I am, is for my younger self, my present self, my future self and for the next generation of leaders who deserve to be reminded that nothing in this world is impossible.

This is purpose. This is legacy. This is my definition of what success is to me.

One thing you may not know about me through first impression on my social media platforms is, I’m deeply introverted… and yet, I chose a life of speaking on stages, showing up consistently publicly, and sharing my story with the world.

It’s all intentional. I built this path independently, from the ground up as a public figure, speaker, and content creator. I put myself in spaces where I am seen, heard, and yes, inevitably subject to public opinion, perspective and additional external pressure.

Not because it’s always comfortable, but because it’s aligned. ✨

I am a woman who chooses to be transparent about my mental health. Who shows up as I am, wholeheartedly. Who refuses to hide the parts of my story that once made me feel small. Because I know what it means to need proof that something more is possible.

And if my life, my voice, my journey can be that proof for someone else, then I will continue to show up. 💪🏽🧠

What truly fulfills me i s being the reminder I needed endlessly as a young girl.

The voice that says,
you are not too much.
you are not behind.
you are not disqualified by what you’ve been through. You can and will still have an abundantly bright future despite your past.

You are a walking testimony. A miracle in motion. Built from everything that tried to break you, and didn’t.

Everything I share, everything I speak, everything I pour into my community…
comes from a place of knowing what it feels like to grow up without those reminders.

So I will never hesitate to give them freely.

Yes, you are worthy. Yes, you are fully capable, despite any adversity placed against you. Yes, you are powerful beyond measure. Why do I put myself out there like this? Because it’s my calling. And yes, I needed to remind myself of my own value today.

Pass it on. Go tell someone you love you see them and their greatness✨ even if it’s YOU.

You can be the ripest, sweetest peach…
and there will still, always be someone who simply doesn’t like peaches 🍑

And that will never be a direct value of your value, but a reflection of themselves and their own limited perspective.

You are not here to be universally liked.
You are here to be fully, unapologetically, brilliantly you.

The depth you carry, the layers you’ve had to grow through, the multifaceted intricacies that make up who you have beautifully become, the softness and strength that coexist within you, that didn’t happen by accident.

Every version of you, every lesson, every pivot, every moment you chose yourself has
has intentionally shaped who you are today.

A woman with substance. With story. With experience that has significantly contributed to how you show up and lead to be the source of love in this world. With undeniable presence that cannot be replicated.

Not everyone will understand you.
Not everyone will support you.
Not everyone will celebrate you.

And still, the best news? None of that will define you or matter. As long as you actively choose you. Every day you wake up, it’s you VS you.

No one is you.
No one will ever be you. And there always has been and always will be, only one individual in this world built and fully equipped, like you. Your testimony is rightfully yours and it is your birthright to exist and live boldly, it’s your assignment.
And that is your greatest strength.

So be the juiciest peach this world has ever seen, even if some misinterpret your confidence or your authenticity for something they can’t recognize. Be the example of what it looks like to show up, healed.

You weren’t made to be palatable.
You were made to be real.

And the ones meant for you?
Will appreciate all that you are ⭐️🍑✨

Standing on that stage again… but this time, differently. 👑🇵🇷

A year ago, I was a contestant in this very same fashion show, which was the first round of my journey, where I placed first and took my first step toward becoming your 2025 Reina Cultural.

I returned to the same stage not to compete, but to speak, to lead, and to pour into the very space that once poured into me. This is truly a full circle moment for me.

This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the 🇵🇷✨ a true milestone rooted in legacy, culture, and community. Honoring the past, inspiring the future… and standing on that stage, I felt the weight and beauty of both.

I am proud to represent in honor of those who came before me and now, I walk so others know they can too.

This moment represents immense inner growth, resilience, and purpose to step into a version of myself I once only dreamed of and forever be part of this legacy that is and will always be, far more significant than my title and myself.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the The Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade Board for this full circle moment, and for allowing me the honor of my final walk as Reina Cultural, leading the way for the next generation of change makers for our community.

To the 2026 contestants 🇵🇷👑 you are already creating a ripple effect that will go far beyond this stage. What you’re stepping into is a testimony to the strength of our ancestors who paved the way for us to take up space on this important platform for our heritage, and we are just getting started. ✨

Please come out and support this year’s contestants as they proudly represent Puerto Rican culture so beautifully here in the Bronx.
