Papilles is a new French restaurant that opened in June 2018 in New York's storied East Village founded by co-owners Nicolas Thoni, Elena Oliver, and helmed by Andrea Calstier - a classically trained chef who has been cooking since he was 16 and has worked at several Michelin starred restaurants in France, and most recently at Daniel in New York.

Meaning tastebuds, Calstier has created a dinner menu that takes an innovative approach using ingredients and inspirations from his travels around the world, which he calls “cuisine vagabonde."
