Nothing says Buon Natale like a new collaboration between legacy Italian brands. This holiday season and circa 1641 combine two of Italy's most hallowed staples — panettone and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena — to create Panettone all'Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. The result is a highly digestible yellow cake laced with sweet balsamic cream and balsamic vinegar of Modena-infused raisins. A four-day production and fermentation brings about this lavishly soft panettone. 🖤

And the winner of Season 19 is...! We're so proud! The Executive Chef at NYC's caviar speakeasy & wowed us, and the judges, at the season finale.

Buddha cooked from the heart with his winning final menu, presenting dishes based on his family with fine dining elements: hamachi with caviar, lobster laksa, Mongolian lamb, and pumpkin mille-feuille.
