For those who know Michelle Bliss JD MBA - BlissEcono, you know these smart, mysterious psychopomps are an integral part of our nonprofit's ambitions. Rescued birds are a lot like the complex data that make up the Blues 51 initiative. Birds and data are misunderstood or overlooked. They need a "no-shortcuts" environment and a clear perspective to rise above the chaos. 🕊️

This year, the independent research project Michelle Bliss JD MBA - BlissEcono launched during the Pandemic reaches its final phase. It will be a good feeling to finally hit "publish" on the findings. 📊🔍

Michelle Bliss JD MBA - BlissEcono checking in tonight! Listening to 'Subdivisions' by RUSH for some inspiration while researching and drafting public comments to submit for the planning board. This progressive rock anthem wholeheartedly reflects how real estate, housing, and the economy have evolved since 1982 when it first topped the music charts. 🎶

RUSH captures the essence of the 1980s-era suburban life, where cookie-cutter homes and mundane routines dominate. It's all about people who need to conform or be cast out… But in the modern real estate world, I'm not interested in conformity. Instead of being trapped in a box, we're reshaping it by developing project plans that break the geometric mold. ✨💪

It's not about cramming in as many "affordable" homes as possible — it's about designing larger, meaningful spaces that add long-term value to the community. No more small, cramped subdivision tracts that promise to escape an illusory boogeyman. 🌳✨

We’re planning to develop property with purpose, vision, and room to grow. It's not about fitting in; it's about maximizing what's beyond the walls. So, while RUSH sings "conform or be cast out," my goal is to redefine what economic development can truly be. 💥
