Those who know, knows that I mostly create videos with a story but recently after finding myself spending hours scrolling TikTok, I’ve had an interest in creating short content. So making this video was kinda weird but it but it also took me back to the days when I first began making videos. Just cutting cool shots to a sick beat.
So yeah, nothing deep and substantial to this video. Just liming with the homies and a smoke session featuring by Lion Pride Jamaica. Aha

Story Time:
4 months ago when the quarantine got relaxed in Spain I went looking to get a haircut. Unlike barbershops at home where you can walk in and get a cut, most shops in spain only work by appointment.

I got denied by 2 shops and on my way home, I stopped by the closest shop to home, which happened to be the most bougie barbershop in the city and the most unlikely shop to get thru but I gave it a shot.

It just so happened that had a lil free time before his next appointment and decided to take me.

At this point, Pady had never cut Afro hair before, spoke no English and I barely spoke Spanish lol. It was a mess

But Pady was patient and willing to try, learn and take directions.
It was kinda funny cuz he was gonna try to cut my whole head with a scissors😂.

I guided him on what tools to use and how to use it to get the best results and he put his gifted hands to work and ended up giving me a pretty decent cut. Better than some barbers who are experienced with my hair type.

So I kept on cutting my hair by Pady and with every cut, he got better and better, to the point that he gave me some of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten in life. You’d never know I was his first Afro client.

I walked into that barbershop 4 months ago, uncertain and doubtful that I’d even get thru and I walked out last week with a new brother and friend. Someone I’d remember for life.

This video here is a small token of appreciation for my brother and a piece of content to ensure the memory lasts as long as we live.

This was just another example of how the most uncertain situations can have the most rewarding outcomes.
