The best part of getting older is that you get tired of people pleasing and doing things you just don’t wanna do… Being around people who don’t value you… Giving time to situations that aren’t giving you life.

It’s a beautiful thing when you stop discounting yourself for everyone else to be happy and stand in your “no” ..I just don’t want to. 🤷🏾‍♀️🫶🏽🤣

I’ve been so blessed to have a few friends + family members understand this in the darkest times in my life. Their safety, consistency and love without judgement gave me the strength I needed to make hard choices. I will forever be grateful for my tribe 💕
