A new study published in JAMA Oncology found that a noninvasive screening method for endometrial cancer often fails to detect signs of it in Black women. As the death rate for Black women diagnosed with endometrial cancer is 90% higher than compared to white women in the U.S., experts say this is a long-standing disparity that has yet to be addressed.
