Okay ya’ll I know it’s been a long time coming and I’m finally going to drop the first official pieces and collections for .NY , but I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t say my piece….so peace world…

A lot of these fashion brands will put out designs that they can’t necessarily identify with or relate to themselves for the sake of targeting an audience and making a sale. That’s far from my style and I’ll be the first to tell you that most of my design work comes from a personal place of something that I’ve either experienced or have seen along my journey in life.

With that said, let me take you all on a trip down memory lane to my days growing up attending school’s such as
M.S. 180 in Co-op City or even South Bronx High School on St.Mary’s Ave. and having to put my jeans on over my athletic shorts after gym class or P.E., to continue with the rest of the day. Out of circumstance, became a standard fashion look all throughout the school’s campus because of one simple transition of a class period. It was such a popular look, students started to wear shorts under their jeans by choice as it became a fashion form for some and for others, it created an extra sort of comfort as an under garment.

During this course, we will start at point A of creating your very own garments and brand right here in NYC. From concept of idea and product development to full production + more, this class will equip you with the tools and resources necessary to create your very own garments here in the fashion capital.
