Today also marks International Women’s Day, a time to recognize and celebrate the progress being made towards a more inclusive world. Honoring this year’s theme, we seek to beyond IWD by empowering women year-round and recognizing the richness and intersectionality within this community.

Omniwomen, Omnicom’s employee resource group dedicated to women and allies, works to within the Omnicom network through interactive programming and networking opportunities.

Omnicom agencies globally are also coming together through individual actions and joint initiatives to amplify this year’s theme.
