The three Cs: Confidence, Connection, and Collaboration. 💡

During Cannesversations at CES 2026, Mike Richter asked Shi Shi, Director of Data Science & ML Engineering at Equativ, what she wished she had known earlier in her career.

Her advice for engineers:

▶️ Be confident.
You know what you know. You are doing great work. Do not feel anxious when you are pushed onto the stage.

▶️ Build connections.
Engineers often think point to point. But there are people around you who can add value in ways you may not see yet. Talk to them.

▶️ Collaboration matters.
It is a team effort. Set the stage together for everyone, especially those working behind the scenes who have solid knowledge to share.

Confidence. Connection. Collaboration.

That is the recipe for success. ⚡

🎙️ New Episode Drops Tomorrow: AI is the NEW Email for Future-Proofing Your Career 🤖📧✨

Remember when email first became “the thing” at work?
The people who leaned in early didn’t just keep up — they became faster, clearer, and more valuable.

Tomorrow’s episode makes the case that AI is the next version of that shift. 💡
It’s not a trend. It’s a new way of working — and the people who learn it early will:
✅ get more efficient and effective
🚀 adapt faster to change
🧠 become the go-to educator on their team
🏆 future-proof their career by being genuinely useful to the organisation

Because the real advantage isn’t “using AI” — it’s being the person who can help others use it well.

Part of our “Badass Women in Media” series, brought to you by our amazing sponsor Equativ with Stefanie Beach 🙌

We’re beyond excited to bring you this episode today.

What Shelley Zalis really wanted to build wasn’t just a community…

It was what she wished she had her whole career: girlfriends in business. 👑🤝

In this episode, Shelley Zalis (CEO of The Female Quotient) shares how scarcity at the top made women feel like they had to compete — and why she refused to accept that narrative:

✨ There’s room for all of us.

✨ And the way forward is generosity, not gatekeeping.

🔥 Here’s what you’ll hear in Episode 93:

💛 How Shelley launched the Girls’ Lounge in a Four Seasons bedroom with 50 women and grew it into a 7.5M+ global movement

🚫 Why she refused $250K in funding to protect the mission and the name at Davos

⏰ How she rewrote workplace rules by leaving at 5pm without apology while raising three kids

🧠 Why empathy and compassion are the most critical leadership skills today

💥 And the moment she stopped apologising for being a woman — and never looked back

In this episode, Stefanie Beach sits down with Rhonda Hiatt, Global CEO of M+C Saatchi Group, for a conversation that’s equal parts leadership and strategy.

🧭 why not every brand needs a “social purpose” to connect authentically

📊 the framework behind the Cultural Power Index and how it helps brands stay culturally relevant

And on the leadership side, Rhonda gets real about finding your voice — especially in rooms where you’re told to conform:
