XRPL 3.3.0 UPGRADE Goes LIVE 📲 XRP Yield Incoming 👀

9-11-26: Before anything else today is September 11th. Let's all take a moment for those who lost their lives and the families still carrying on with all that pain 25 years later.

Now, in the spirit of building, there's real, positive news dropping on XRP today with a "mainnet upgrade" going live called 3.3.0.

This is a bit like your phone getting a new iOS — except this update installs new financial tools for the entire global network, live, all at once.

And right behind it — development is already underway on the next version, which keeps advancing the Lending Protocol.

We may soon be able to pool assets like XRP or RLUSD into a vault. Multiple people deposit and that vault can then fund actual fixed-term loans, directly on the XRPL ledger.

The rate's not public yet but a separate XRP lending platform is already live today advertising 12% APR with daily compounding.

The real elephant in the room here is EverNorth.
They’re about to list on Nasdaq as the largest public XRP treasury and their plan is to lend, provide liquidity, and grow their XRP holdings using this exact protocol once live.

We're finally getting past the XRP hype phase and entering that real utility moment.

Is The Government Coming For Your XRP? 😱

September 8th, 2026: I’m still getting people blowing up my DMs and comment sections over Alex Jones warning that the government is gonna seize your XRP.

Let’s slice through the sensationalism with facts. First off—that 1933 gold seizure he keeps happened under a physical gold standard. The government needed physical metal in vaults to back paper money. Today? The Fed prints trillions with zero backing on a screen. They don’t need your crypto to inflate the dollar.

Second—how are they actually gonna seize it? If you leave your XRP on a centralized exchange like Kraken, sure regulators may be able to slap a freeze on that account. But if you hold your own private keys on cold storage like a Tangem wallet, or use institutional custody like a Caleb and Brown, good luck.

The XRP Ledger is a decentralized network running on nodes across the globe. There is no magic government button that wipes out self-custody wallets.

Third—why would global power players destroy the exact liquidity rails they’re adopting? Institutions aren’t building regulated banking pipelines on XRPL just to delete the asset. Governments regulate and integrate infrastructure they plan to use.
