One of the things I’ve observed after 20+ years as a wardrobe stylist is this:

So many ambitious women are often disconnected from themselves.

Not because they lack confidence. Not because they aren’t accomplished.

But because achievement has required them to spend years prioritizing output over embodiment.

They’ve mastered performance.Leadership.Execution.Resilience.

But many quietly confess the same thing to me:

“I don’t know how to express who I really am anymore.”

That sentence has almost nothing to do with clothes.
It’s about identity.Presence.Permission.

And eventually, successful women reach a point where they no longer want to simply look polished.

They want to feel fully aligned.

That’s one of the deepest intentions behind StyleCation: Milan Edition.

Yes, there’s luxury shopping.Yes, there’s incredible style.

But this experience was never just about clothes.

It’s about what happens when ambitious women finally allow themselves to step outside the machinery of their everyday lives long enough to actually hear themselves again.

For 7 days in Milan, you’ll be immersed in beauty, intention, exceptional food, inspiring conversation, luxury shopping, deep self-care, and experiences designed to reconnect you with the woman underneath all the responsibility.

Personal shopping experiences.A professional photoshoot.A spa experience.Opera night.Long dinners.Beautiful clothes.Beautiful conversations.
And perhaps most importantly:space.

Space to slow down.Space to feel inspired again.Space to remember yourself beyond what you produce for everyone else.

Last year, one of the women who joined me shared:“I left Milan feeling like an elevated, bolder version of me. The outer finally matching the inner.”

That’s the shift.

Not becoming someone new. Finally expressing the woman you’ve already become.

There are only 2 spots remaining for this June experience.
If something inside you keeps leaning toward Milan every time you see me speak about it… trust that.

DM me “MILAN” and let’s explore the possibilities!

You’re not exhausted because you lack strength.

You’re exhausted because you’ve spent years carrying ambition like armor.

Head down. Working. Building. Achieving. Becoming.

And somewhere in the middle of all that striving… you lost touch with the woman underneath the performance.

The woman who loves beauty. Who craves softness. Who wants to feel deeply expressed. Who wants her outer world to finally match the magnitude of who she has become.

StyleCation: Milan Edition was created for HER.

Not as an escape. But as a return.

A return to pleasure. A return to self-expression. A return to feeling fully alive inside your own life.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally meeting the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath all the hustle.

Two spots remain for this June. Milan is waiting. Link in Bio 😉

20 years ago today, I stepped off a plane from Toronto with a dream that felt bigger than I knew how to hold.

I was 27.
Full of dreams.
Hungry.
Hopeful.
Quietly certain that something meaningful was waiting for me here.

New York didn’t hand anything to me.
It stretched me. It challenged me. It asked me, again and again, who I was willing to become.

And every step along the way, I answered.

This city held me as I built a career that started as a vision and became a business I’m deeply proud of.
It introduced me to the man who would become my husband.
It’s where I became a mother.
It’s where so many versions of me were born, shed, and reborn again.

There were moments I questioned everything.
And there were moments that felt like pure magic.

Most days, it was both.

New York taught me how to trust myself.
How to take up space.
How to keep going even when things didn’t make sense yet.

20 years later, I’m still becoming.
Still dreaming.
Still in awe of the life I’ve built here.

Thank you, New York.
For every lesson. Every stretch. Every beautiful, unexpected turn.

You owe me nothing.

Forever grateful to you.

Xx,
Elsa
