Staffing and Surveying Safely and Securely

During this time when workers are being told to stay home by companies and government alike, please note that we are still staffing and fielding projects at Opinion Access. As we have kept you updated earlier in the week, we are taking every precaution to provide a safe work environment for our staff and your work.

Here at OA we already have a secure VPN for our staff to work remotely. All Project Managers and Scriptwriters have been set up virtually for years, and are available for all of your needs. Our call center operations are partially implemented with At-Home interviewing, with the balance of full implementation being spread out within the next week where everyone will have the ability to work from home if need be, ensuring business continuity for you and for Opinion Access.

With so much going on and changing in the world on a daily basis nowadays, rest assured that you can rely on the OA team to help satisfy yours and your clients' needs during these stressful and unpredictable times, with no interruption to our work, which means no interruption to your work.

As a reminder to us all, both internally and externally, please remember:

Wash your hands with warm water and antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds
No handshaking, hugging or close contact with other team members
No touching your face with dirty hands
When coughing or sneezing do so on a disposable napkin or use the inner angle of your arm
