A Purple Masjid An Nabawi????

This Brand was inspired by the women's section of Masjid An Nabawi. brand is all about women feeling safe to learn and practice Al-Islaam without shame and to pass it on. What better inspiration for it than the place where the Muslims were finally able to feel safe to do just that.

We hoped to create a brand world where the women feel as if they've found their safe space to submit whole heatedly to learning Islam.

Dear Ummah, please!
Get a Brand- Not a logo.

Contrary to popular belief- Your logo isn't the thing that gets you noticed. A Full brand identity does.

You should be able to see the same brand in the colors
In the fonts
In the pictures
In the bio
In the ads
In the website
And yes in the logo.

They're all supposed to work together.

Imagine Dunkin Donuts using only it's logo on everything. But decided to have green chic cups. Or use High fashion editorial pictures and ads that look like they were made with AI. And their bags they bought them from Amazon and put red thank you stickers on them.

🫣

Okay- so maybe you get the point.

My problem is- If we don't accept that standard of branding from who we choose to buy our coffee from- why are we accepting that standard for our amazing Halal businesses?

Food for thought.

A message to the Leader of Our Homes, the Protectors and The Maintainers.

They never want to see us struggling. They wish they could take all of our troubles away.

My dear Brother in Islam- You've been so supportive in helping your wife start this business- Help her and reassure her that Muslimah Brand Bestie is NOT another self absorbed coaching or mentorship program.

It is utilizing the Quran and Sunnah for every aspect of our lives and believing that it has the solution to even branding and marketing.

It's the relief that Allah may provide for your family from having to portay herself as a big shot online just to sell and be heard.

Don't be like me, I spent thousands of dollars on brand knowledge and mentorships that didn't align with my Deen. Alhamdulillah for being able to use the knowledge of this Deen that I learned in order to purify what you don't need from that stuff.

Dont be fooled into thinking your business is about you.

These are the foundations in which we should approach our Muslim brands.

It feels nice to learn more about branding but it doesn't feel nice to be stuck in the same place after consuming so much.

So how come this keeps happening to so many Muslimah Entrepreneurs?

There's an open enemy that wants to keep you stuck. The best defense you have against him is the Quran and the Sunnah and sticking to those who understand it.

A Muslimah Entrepreneur must build a Tawheed based brand or stay unsatisfied with the results of anything else.
