We are releasing factual and verifiable evidence that one shop has knowingly and willfully engaged in malicious attempts to sabotage our business with fraudulent intent. Such conduct constitutes defamation and libel, defined in U.S. law as false statements of fact published to third parties that cause reputational harm. When carried out “with actual malice”—knowingly false or with reckless disregard for the truth—these actions are legally actionable and subject to civil liability.

TikTok is actively reviewing additional evidence, as several individuals involved also operate TikTok Shops and accounts. As a result, TikTok has already begun issuing violations and closing accounts for this type of misconduct. It is important to note that multiple shops have already provided written statements confirming this shop’s deliberate and willful involvement in these actions.
