If life on this earth has taught me anything it’s that declaring resolutions do nothing more than cause anxiety.

Not trying to sound negative, but, hear me out:

Now, why would I even go there, right?

The problem starts with the word RESOLUTION. It’s way too loaded and begging to blow up in your face.

By definition, it’s a positive one: according to dictionary dot com, it simply means SOLUTION synonymous with determination and strong will.

But, then you add NEW YEAR’S to the front of it and all hell breaks loose.

The pressure is something serious!

If you change the word to a friendlier version, then maybe, you will succeed in achieving what you set out to do. Shift in perspective is never a bad thing.

Guess what? Not everyone has a Black Friday offer and that’s perfectly normal.

Don’t let FOMO guilt you into feeling like you’re doing anything wrong.

🥵Maybe you couldn’t decide on what was going to be a worthwhile product/service for your audience?

🥵Maybe you weren’t going to be ready in time to market it pre-Black Friday?

🥵Maybe you changed your business focus right before Black Friday?

🥵Maybe it was all of the above?

Whatever the reason, you just weren’t ready.

Or, would you have felt better just slapping something together for the sake of it with no real planning?

Just remember that there’s always next year and better yet, there are many months leading up to Black Friday where you can launch to your heart’s content with tons of opportunities to tighten your strategy.🙌🏽
