Alex Abeles has experience and knowledge about creating a successful restaurant as both a manager and an owner. During his 23 years in the restaurant industry, he came to understand the challenges that small business—and especially restaurants—face. He asked himself why restaurateurs don't get together to obtain advantages available to larger businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, but often don’t have access to the same services that larger businesses have because of their size. "The small business owners I know are very hard workers and they shouldn’t be struggling to survive. I wanted to find a way to provide advantages to small businesses.
