What started as a true picker’s paradise in Newberg has officially reached the finish line. The sellers accepted a private offer for estate items and the Auction Closeout Agreement has been signed! ✅

While the property is officially off my hands, I'll still be on-site helping ensure everything is broom-swept and wrapped up properly, especially since my Veteran sellers are now living in another state.

Moments like these are why I love what I do. Helping families transition from one chapter to the next is about so much more than selling belongings...
....it's about providing peace of mind and a fresh start.

So proud of this successful outcome and excited for these Veterans as they begin their next adventure. 🇺🇸🏡

Adopted!!!

Missy is a 5 month old tan puppy looking for a new home. 😍 So at no fault of hers, her owner has to give her up due to health complications. There is a rehoming fee and a contract for adoption. Please reach out to Cody Craver to arrange a meet and greet with this puppy.

The mom was Dane the Dad was Australian shepherd / Golden Retriever lab.

Today, it's carefully packing and shipping cherished family belongings to a widower—items he wanted to keep before the family farm heads to auction next month.

Old collection of first editions and fun reading for years to come 📚✨

Near Beavercreek today, cataloging shelves full of first editions, vintage series, and timeless stories. I’ve already come across a few of my personal favorites 😍

There’s just something special about old books… the history, the smell of the pages, the names written inside, and the adventures they’ve carried through generations.

Excited to be the announcer for the annual Memorial Day Boat Races hosted by the Newberg Boat Club!

This year we get to host TWO National Championships during race weekend at Rogers Landing! Fast boats, loud motors, river tradition, and a whole lot of community spirit. 😃

Memorial Weekend • May 23–24, 2026
Races begin around 10–11 AM daily and run through the afternoon.
