Sooooo . . . my book signings and talks with workshops aren’t your ‘usual’ about grief.

They’re the real.

The raw.

Yes, we’ll share about the sadness.

And we’ll also share some < twisted > humor, as is my forte.

And we’ll also share ‘those things we’d really LIKE to say’ when we hear those insane comments that make us shake our heads.

And we’ll talk about — depending on the day we’re having — how we either want to hug someone or throat-punch them when they tell us how strong we are.

With somewhat of a twisted humor for me to continue to put one foot in front of the other in this chapter of my life.

🙏🏽✝️💜🦋✌🏼💐 Hope your weekend and your Mom’s Day were beautiful! Mine definitely were! —

The day began with Michelle, Lynda, and I being treated like princesses to a delish brunch by Thom and the boys.

And I was given yet another oh-so-special possum gift from Thom. It’s the gift that keeps on giving! 🤣 The original hilarious possum story is in my book.

You’ll laugh.

A lot.

Then my hippie sister Paula and I attended the primo Christian rock concert featuring Zach Williams and Third Day. We think this was our 4th time seeing Zach.

Zach’s my boyfriend. As are Neil Diamond, Michael McDonald, and a few cute NFL quarterbacks. 😜

Reminds me of the story about when Roy asked me this question just before our high school prom: What would you do if Neil Diamond asked you to the prom?

My answer and the hilarious exchange that followed are in my book, too. 🤣

I’m still a goosebumpy mess from Sunday, and I do believe that’s gonna continue for a long, long time . . . ! 🙏🏽✝️💜🦋
