IN ESCROW! And apparently sitting on my clients kitchen countertops is my thang 😆😎
Opened escrow at 30% above asking on one of my listings.
The property was listed on Thursday and in Escrow in 6 days. BOOM!
Yes the market is crazy, but as a listing agent, strategy and working as a team is the key.
I like to get my sellers involved in the entire process and make sure all questions and concerns are addressed prior to lisitng the home. Why they feel their home is worth more than the comps? Majority of the time its emotional attachment. What is important to them in the sale? Highest offer, Terms, Rent back, etc.
Marketing is huge, my listings are marketed across all channels. Including our members only Multiple Listing System, Private Broker Preview, public Open Houses and my number #1 lately- across all my social media platforms.
