Good morning Dirty 330! I hope everyone is well!

There is a BIG update on the pending cases against Akron Shrek, AKA William Huddleston. What started out as 3 charges for pandering obscenity involving a minor, all 5th degree felonies in Akron Municipal Court, has now evolved into 10 charges for pandering obscenity involving a minor after being indicted by a grand jury in Summit County Municipal Court on Tuesday. The 10 charges are all 2nd degree felonies.

The upgrade in the charges to 2nd degree felonies stems from explicit images of a minor being created and/or distributed on an online platform. So this is not just a simple case of possession.

In addition to the uptick in charges, there is a second defendant indicted on all 10 charges, Gregory Twigg, of Akron. Gregory has been employed as a custodian at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, obviously around children. His FB page shows he just updated his profile photo 3 DAYS AGO! So much for no access to the internet or electronic devices!

Per Summit County Jail records, William Huddleston is still in jail pending a $50,000 cash bond. Gregory Twigg is currently not on the inmate roster.

These charges are sickening. Why is this becoming such a common thing in our society? Why are there so many cases of s*x crimes against our children? A good start would be making the penalties more strict for ANY offense involving a minor. Set an example. This is a sickness, and attraction to children doesn’t just go away.

I’ll be watching this case closely and will post updates. Please watch over and protect your children. You never know where they could be targeted.

Good morning Dirty 330! I hope everyone is well! It’s been a bit of a rough week here, spent the last several days in ICU with a health scare. If you reached out and I haven’t responded, that’s why. I’m getting to everyone as quickly as possible, but I wanted to get the following info out as soon as I could, so PLEASE READ THIS IN IT’S ENTIRETY!

I want to provide an update on the story out of Kent concerning Jaden Proctor and the charges he was indicted on. Last Friday, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jaden’s attorney, Jeff Jakmides, and we discussed this situation as well as a follow-up post once more info became available as far as an outcome goes.

I also spoke with Jaden’s mother last night as she reached out to me privately. We discussed the matter and both sides of the situation, including the “why” the events were posted on this page, as well as my intention to follow-up as I said I would with any and all truthful info that came to light. I give her and her family a ton of credit for coming forward and having a rational adult DISCUSSION, and being willing to move forward with this as well. So here is the latest:

Yesterday, Jaden was in Portage County Common Pleas Court where he pled guilty to one misdemeanor assault charge stemming from the incident. He will serve no further jail time, no further fines or penalties, and no probation. ALL OTHER CHARGES INCLUDING THE FELONY R**E, KIDNAPPING, STRANGULATION, ETC HAVE BEEN DROPPED BY THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE!

Now, to flip things on their side even more…… Brooklyn Gambino, the girl involved in this incident has now been officially charged with filing a false police report by the Kent Police Department. This happened yesterday as well. She will now have to face the music for filing false charges, and answer in court in front of a judge for her actions.

If indeed proven to be true, I hope the judge assigned to the new case against Brooklyn sets the harshest example possible. Things like this cannot be allowed in our society. Not only does this cause issues for all the parties involved, it further sets back the ability and willingness of others to come forward when things like this happen to them. There is no denying that things like this do happen, and unfortunately they need to be taken seriously as they were in this case. When it is proven that it was made up, the punishment should be taken to the extreme to hopefully prevent further incidents of this happening anywhere else.

This also needs to be a lesson for all of us out there that have toxic relationships that we are holding onto. This can lead to very dangerous consequences for anyone and everyone involved. Sometimes moving on is the healthiest thing that can be done. This was clearly one of those cases.

I will follow up on the new case filed against Brooklyn when more information becomes available.

On this sunny day!

Check out this video taken a few nights ago in the parking lot of one of Akron’s finest establishments, the Lucky Corner, or as many like to call it the Yucky Corner.

This video is once again proof of why the City of Akron, Ohio - Mayor's Office needs to shut this establishment down once and for all. What good is coming out of this place?

Everyone in the area knows exactly what goes on here. It needs to be condemned and shut down for good before someone ends up dead.

And to those that stood around and watched this girl take a beating from multiple people while just videotaping, on multiple occasions, shame on you for allowing this. Video 2 will be in the comments.

Another update regarding the Kent State case we have been discussing.

Apparently people think it is okay to make threats against my safety in the comments of my posts, especially when they are shared on other local pages.

Of course these threats are always made “anonymously” or under a “nickname”. As you will see here, a comment was posted saying I’m going to get hurt. Nice!!!!

Unfortunately I have to take these things seriously, no matter how big or small they may be.

I’m also going to call out those that do this, because it needs to be done. It’s not a good look, especially when the person that thought it was a good idea to make the threat, just so happens to be a family member of the accused.

Taylor Proctor, the GRANDMOTHER of Jaden Proctor, says I’m going to get hurt. Probably should know that the admins of these pages can see your real identity when you post anonymously or with a nickname, as you can see in the photos.

No worries, I’ve made sure that the police as well as the prosecutor in Jaden’s case are aware of this unacceptable behavior.

Good afternoon Dirty 330! I hope everyone is doing fantastic!

I want to provide an update to the story posted last week regarding the indictment and serious charges just off campus at Kent State University.

As of 30 minutes ago, all charges are still being pursued by the county. I spoke with the clerk of court’s office, as well as the prosecutor’s office.

NONE OF THESE CHARGES HAVE BEEN DROPPED or DISMISSED.

NOBOY HAS BEEN ARRESTED, CHARGED, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY INDICTED for making a false police report.

There have been a ton of people spreading misinformation that the above is true. Accusations have been made that the alleged victim in this has fled to Florida to hide from the trial, that she is a liar and has been arrested, charged, and even indicted for this. That all charges have been dismissed and nobody knows what they are talking about.

Just as everyone says this should be innocent until proven guilty, what about the young lady that reported this? She is being trashed by many as a liar, having lies spread that she has been arrested and charged for this. None of this is true.

I wasn’t there. I don’t know who is guilty or not guilty. That is the reason we have a court system.

I am not afraid to talk about ANYTHING in an open forum. So I’m going to now, because it needs addressed.

There are many out there making this a race issue, saying this is simply a case of “another white girl lying about a young black man”. “This is why he should never be with a white girl, and never will again”. Some of these comments are coming from family members of the accused.

I’m not saying that these things haven’t happened before to other young black men. That doesn’t mean that that’s the case here either. If it is, then this young girl should be punished to the fullest extent and I would back our court system with that 100%.

Why does this have to be about race? The comments of the original post are littered with support from several young white girls stick up for the young man and his character. Do you not want their support because of this? If this happened to them, would they automatically be liars as well?

The most troubling part of this to me is if you scan this young man’s social media account, he has countless posts saluting his mother as his rock, showing his adoration and love for her. His mother is clearly white. If this were her making this accusation, would she automatically be a liar as well?

How are we going to get better as people, as a country, if we cannot drop the assumptions and treat everyone as equals? We all need to do better, we all bleed the same color, and that’s the only thing that matters.
