I wanted to take a moment to reach out and say thank you to each and every one of you for being part of this amazing community.

Like any growing business, we've experienced some bumps in the road recently. While a few negative situations can sometimes feel overwhelming, I've been reminded that the overwhelming majority of this community is filled with kind, supportive, and wonderful people. Those are the people who make this journey worthwhile.

Moving forward, my focus is on getting back on track, bringing back the positive energy, and creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere that brought us all together in the first place. Karban Vinyl has always been about more than just products—it's about friendships, creativity, laughter, and sharing something we all enjoy.

I'm choosing to focus on the good, learn from the challenges, and continue building a space where everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Life is too short to let a few bad apples take away from all the amazing moments we've shared together.
