Yesterday Thursday, negotiated cash trade in Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt was light on moderate demand. Compared to Tuesday in Nebraska, dressed purchases were steady to 5.00 lower ranging from 345.00 to 350.00 on a light test. There were a few live purchases ranging from 220.00-223.00, but not enough for an adequate market test. The last established live market test in Nebraska was last week at mostly 222.00-223.00. Compared to last week in the Western Cornbelt live purchases were steady to 3.00 lower at mostly 220.00. There were a few dressed purchases ranging from 345.00-355.00, but not enough at any one price level for an adequate market test. The last established dressed market test in the Western Cornbelt was last week at 350.00.
