I spent ten years as an agent before I ever supported one behind the scenes.

So when an agent tells me they feel buried, behind, inconsistent, or stretched too thin, I don’t need a long explanation. I remember exactly what that felt like.

I’ve sat in the transaction stress.
I’ve chased deadlines.
I’ve worked nights trying to “catch up.”
