That’s why we’re officially adding Influencer Marketing + UGC Content to our menu of services.

From local foodies and lifestyle creators to authentic customer-style content, we’re helping restaurants and brands build the kind of social presence people actually connect with. Jessica didn’t start Restaurant Marketing just to run another agency. She started it because she saw firsthand how difficult it can be for restaurants to navigate an increasingly digital world while still focusing on what they do best, creating great food and memorable guest experiences.

With 11 years in restaurant marketing, Jessica has worked across every corner of the industry, partnering with quick service, fast casual, full service, and multi unit restaurant brands to build marketing strategies that actually move the needle. Her experience spans brand strategy, social media marketing, food photography and content production, influencer partnerships, and third party delivery optimization.

Before launching Restaurant Marketing, Jessica was part of the enterprise marketing team at Postmates, where she worked alongside major national brands including Panda Express, Papa John’s, Applebee’s, IHOP, and The Halal Guys. There she helped develop and execute national and regional co-marketing campaigns, go to market strategies, and platform optimization initiatives that increased visibility, conversions, and revenue for restaurant partners.

Today, as the founder of Restaurant Marketing, Jessica leads a full service agency dedicated exclusively to the hospitality industry. Her team partners with restaurant brands to build strong identities, create compelling digital content, and develop marketing systems designed for long term growth.

Over the years, Restaurant Marketing has worked with brands such as Yogurtland, Wood Ranch, and Finney’s, while also executing collaborative campaigns with national brands like Cheetos, Bear Naked, and DreamWorks.

Creating content for clients isn’t something that just “comes together.” It requires intentional strategy, preparation, and collaboration.

Before a camera ever turns on, there are multiple meetings, creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, and production plans. We obsess over the details from lighting and styling to messaging and brand alignment because every element matters.

Depending on the scope, there can be anywhere from 10 to 100 people involved in a single shoot. Coordinating that many moving parts takes structure, clarity, and a deep respect for the process.

Before Presidents’ Day weekend gets started, I wanted to share something we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

We recently created a stop motion end card for our own brand, but this is a creative approach we love using for restaurants just as much. A strong end card isn’t just a logo at the end of a video. It’s an opportunity to reinforce brand identity, highlight key messaging, and leave viewers with a clear next step, whether that’s visiting a location, ordering online, or trying a new menu item.

Here’s how restaurants can use stop motion end cards effectively:

Promote LTOs or seasonal menu launches with a memorable visual finish

Reinforce branding across short form video and paid social• Showcase ingredients, packaging, or signature dishes in a fun, elevated way

Create consistency across campaigns while still feeling creative and fresh
