Since none of you even reached out or applied to talk with me, I will hire an automated answering machine. I know that it will follow instructions every time and it won't think weird things of me.

If you or one of your friends is an automated answering machine, please let me know who your employer is so that I can schmooze you to answer my phones instead. The requirement be that your hard drive is not made of mostly carbon and water. If you have a tendency to disobey commands that you understand and know are reasonable, you are a live person and not qualified for this position.

Unless you have a settings menu, please do not apply. Unfortunately, it is in your nature to distegard this request and I ask you refrain just this one time from doing things you are told should not be done.

Thanks in advance for either using your intelligence or not having one. Also, shout out to the rest if you instruments, monitors, studios, cables, keyboards, 3d printers, assembly pieces, and books. Your chances will come later on.

The apps have a page each but really there is no reason to not have them work together on social media.

Salary based, on call between 8am and 9pm only to answer a phone call and set up a callback time.

Mostly just task oriented work such as phone calls, emails, writing reports and posts on social media and no in office hours. If there is a big occurrence, a lot of effort and time may be required but communication is the watchword.

Behavioral organization is a hobby of mine and as long as you are reasonable and discuss your needs openly I will adjust.

My online persona is a snub-nosed intellectual that grandstands in negotiations. That's a PR thing, not my personal daily interactions.

If you've read this far and think this sounds boring, you'll kick yourself for passing this up.

Salary fluctates in proportion to how many employees I have and revenues. Everyone, myself included, gets an equal share of the *monthly* pay pool depending on a few proprietary factors I won't discuss without an NDA signed.

Projected growth is fast enough that commercial residential real estate is a plausible goal for *side* investments in the next 10 years.

Starting pay is negotiable. You will for certain need good negotiation skills and your ability to reach an agreement on your income is one of the highest deciding factors when considering whether or not you get the job.

Bonus points for reading Crucial Conversations and giving a recap during the interview. Bigger points for propely getting through Scroll I of The Greatest Salesman in the World before ever reaching out.

Not a fast hiring process. The workload won't be heavy but top of the industry customer service skills are a must, says the guy writing a book on the subject.

As for on the job training offered here, it's salaried, and there will be "homework" for you to build your mind. Music lessons are available, negotiation skills training, and materials on a wide variety of subjects ranging from math, spreadsheets, psychology, body language, history, philosophy, etc.

My IQ is closer to my height in centimeters than the average IQ. Statistically I'm closer to Sherlock Holmes than the middle of the standard deviation to which I belong. It's a quirk that helps me in many situations. People consider that reality as me being snooty, but I never put others down even if they are awful people.

Coming to understand a misunderstood man is a perk and a skill you'll acquire should you get the job.

In all seriousness, I made a huge push for three weeks and reached the breakthrough I was seeking on CALCULOR. Sometimes, not always, but every once in a while there is a cause worth starving for just a little. To me, an end of poverty and people being unable to eat not by choice are two of those.

Personal upkeep is important and I'll be creating a schedule that allows for meals and breaks now that mathematically my first goal of determining the exact month of my personal financial freedom is complete.

One way I'm doing that is by having all business meetings over food.

Another is by buying a crap ton of freezer meals from a friend who delivers those for their job.

CALCULOR progress:

I have made a wonderful contact at a car wrapping company for the nonprofit side of CALCULOR which will come up all over the place as time goes on.

Needless to say, they are all over the US and I was impressed at the guy's persistence because I told him to refer to my message for how to get in touch and hung up. Don't want calls all day.

He called me right back and said "I didn't get a message. Just a number. Our site doesn't have that field."

It struck me as a salesman myself that he had the right kind of persistence. Respectful but firm.

That's the kind of partner I want on my team.

Knowledgeable. Not sales pitchy. Excellent advice and told me what to watch out for in the industry.

A perfect candidate amid all flaws I'm sure he has.

We're looking at 15-24 months for this to get rolling now.

Customer Service Rehab story time!

This isn't a drill, the story is ongoing.

I paid for a service from a company who offered a $5 7-day trial. They were supposed to answer questions in a timely manner, as that was the service.

Well, a month later they hadn't answered still and had cancelled my service after attempting to charge my card the full membership fee.

I explained how this was fraudulent on multiple accounts and asked for a refund, which I received.

The "responsible" contact avoided helping and decided to shove me off to billing.

I said that if he wasn't going to handle it, the billing for my time spent resolving his company's customer service issues would begin from that message forward at $100/hr until I had an apology from management and an acknowledgement that the behavior indeed borders fraud, if not fits the description.

That was 12 hours ago.

I *am* legitimately sending them the bill because it's well documented. I requested a transcript of the phone call outlining that the billing time is still ongoing and emailed a recap of the call to the company, including a time stamped invoice for was was due at the time the email was sent.

Still don't have the transcript

I used clear language that outlined that I urged them to pass me to the people who have the ability to make changes so that the billing time would decrease and they referred me to an email that takes 2-3 business days to be seen.

Made $1,200 today basically.

Likely the way that I will settle in the end is by having the managers take the billing off their pay and split it among their bottom rung employees so the company doesn't *lose* the $5k+ in the time it will take to even read the email.

The photo does say until the refund, but since the agent was not willing to admit that by the company not answering (therefore not providing the service) I was coerced to continue the service the 7 days in hopes I would receive an answer, during the call and email I made it clear I needed a formal apology to protect future clients of theirs.

On top of not providing the $5 service they attempted to collect more money but my bank declined it.

We are going to see how this goes!

In the very least, they do owe me the money for the time between this message and the refund, which is around $50 for the half hour.
