I am extremely proud of myself for receiving my bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering! I’m also excited to share that I just made the big move from Florida to Boston! I accepted a position as an EHS Consultant at Triumvirate Environmental!

Little-known fact: my (Christina’s) favorite item on the menu is the Quinoa Caprese: delicious quinoa/rice blend, Parmesan, perfectly ripe avocados, juicy tomato…topped with EVOO, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
