At Red Tornado Collective 2.0, our strategy is very intentional. We focus heavily on:
✔️ Brand recognition - so when someone needs your service, your name/brand is the one they remember.
✔️ Search visibility (Google SEO) - so your business shows up when people are actively looking online.

Now… does that mean we ignore engagement? Not at all. We actually encourage our clients to sprinkle in their own personal, relatable content - the kind that gets all the loves, likes, and comments. That’s where connection happens.

But our lane?
👉 Making sure your business is remembered
👉 And making sure your business is found

Because the best marketing doesn’t just get attention… it gets results. 🌪️

Our websites are extremely affordable … and that’s unique in this industry. Because we don’t build websites the way most agencies do… and that’s intentional.

The truth? We take on projects at price points many wouldn’t touch. It’s a risk. A huge one.
Why do we take that risk? Because we believe small businesses and nonprofits deserve a starting place, not a barrier.

This means *sometimes* we’re building leaner sites that are simple, no bells and whistles. Sometimes we’re handing over access so clients can make their own edits during the process.
And yes … sometimes that means letting go of control and doing occasional check ins to make sure they are still doing ok in that space. That feels empowering to our clients!

It’s not the safest model.
It’s not the most polished at every stage.

But it’s real. And it works.

Because we’re not here to only work with businesses who have already “made it.”
We’re here to help build businesses and nonprofits up from the very beginning, when budgets are tight! 🌪️

Remember the “Hump Day” camel commercial? 🐪

Super memorable. Still quoted. Still funny.
But quick question… do you remember the company behind it? 👀

That’s where things get interesting.

The campaign nailed personality - it was playful, engaging, and stuck in everyone’s head. But it missed something critical: clear brand connection. The logo and company name weren’t the focus, so while we all remember “it’s hump dayyy,” many people don’t remember who to credit for it.

That’s a marketing lesson.

Your brand isn’t just personality - it’s also your name, visuals, colors, and consistency. When those pieces don’t show up clearly and repeatedly, you risk building recognition for the idea… not the business behind it.

Let your personality shine - ABSOLUTELY.
But make sure your brand is along for the ride. 🌪️

While going through my mom’s belongings, I came across a pair of jeans. The tag was worn down … almost completely faded … but there was one letter left… and I instantly knew the brand.

That’s the power of branding.

A brand isn’t just a font or logo, I get it. It’s a feeling. A vibe. A color palette. It’s reputation built over time. And when it’s done right, it sticks - even when the label is nearly gone.

The strongest brands aren’t built overnight. They’re built with CONSISTENCY, intention, and the long game in mind.

Choose your brand wisely. Because years from now, you want people to recognize you… even when only a small piece remains.

📱 Ever scroll your newsfeed and see a totally random photo with no caption and think, “Welp… someone let their 4-year-old play on their phone again”? 😅

Chances are, that photo is actually part of a multi-image post… but the original poster only captioned the post (and not each image). When someone likes or comments on one of the photos, Facebook pushes that single image into more feeds… without context.

Result? Confusion. Missed message. Missed marketing opportunity.

This is why I tell my clients: every single image in a post needs its own caption. Every one is a chance to tell your story, reinforce your brand, and actually communicate something useful.

Don’t leave that marketing opportunity on the table. 👀
