From the earliest plans to the destination it is today, it has been exciting to see the vision for Roundabout Oxford come to life and grow into a place where RVers, families and Ole Miss fans can gather for the good times. We are proud to have played a part in that journey!

One of the best parts of our work is getting to tell the stories of organizations that are making a real difference.

Over the past year, we've had the opportunity to work alongside the team Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, with our friends at CamLock Casting and Zenko Photography, to document the center's progress under new leadership.

What we've seen is a team intentionally shaping every part of the organization around one goal: helping more people achieve long-term recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. From the use of the ranch itself as a therapeutic environment to the way clinical care and daily operations come together, there is a clear focus on what gives people the best opportunity to heal.

Projects like Inside Plum Creek allow us to share a transparent look at that work with the outside world, including families searching for answers and the strong recovery community across Central Texas.

Red Window was pleased to help welcome the Leadership Lafayette Class of 2026 to Insight Park last week!

As part of Business & Industry Day, Lucy Schultze joined Casey Rogers, Jeffrey Little and Ryan Miller for a panel conversation on scaling and sustaining a business beyond the startup stage.

"Even though our companies are at different stages, we're all focused on shaping company culture and care deeply about providing a healthy work-life balance for ourselves and our employees," Lucy said. "Oxford is a supportive place to pursue these opportunities together."

Leadership Lafayette is an eight-month program led by the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce.

As part of Business & Industry Day, this year's class of up-and-coming community leaders also visited Wonderbird Spirits and Olin Wi******er, and heard firsthand from builders and visionaries like John T. Edge of Greenfield Farm, Joe Stinchcomb of Good Day Café and Joe Stradinger of Edge Theory.

We’re glad to share that Sedley Normand is continuing with us as a Creative Associate!

Sedley first joined our team as a graphic design intern while earning her degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from University of Mississippi School of Journalism and New Media . In her new role, she supports client projects across design, messaging, and visual content, bringing an artistic eye and thoughtful approach to each project.

Kids came for storytime. They also got to meet Rip.
The Lafayette County Sheriff's Office visited the Lafayette County Oxford Public Library to help children learn about the role K9s play in safety and rescue work while giving families a chance to get to know the deputies behind the badge.

Moments like these help build understanding, trust, and stronger connections between the Sheriff's Office and the community it serves. We're glad to help capture and share moments like these!
