STORY. It has become such a buzzword. But that doesn’t dilute its potency. We’ve been the couple that loves a movie or a show or a book because of story. Because- as Jordan B Peterson states- Fiction can lie to you in the most truthful manner possible.
Over Christmas we saw the play All Is Calm at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. They took the story of the Christmas truce of 1914 and beautifully executed it.
We can all think of moments that a show, movie, play, book- that a story- deeply touched us. And we cherish them. And they change us.

Since deciding to start our own business we've made more than one mistake. And this week I've been thinking about a couple specific ones and kicking myself for them. Ah well. This quote is a good reminder...and an encouragement. One day I'm going to be over on that achievement side of things, but I won't be arrogant!
