A quick peek at our process behind sewing hat orders!

What is not featured here is the VERY beginning of the process, which is creating the design. It always helps when a customer comes in with a digitized design in hand but a PDF will work just fine! We send that file off to be digitized, stating every detail we need perfected for the artwork, and receive it back within a day. We are able to tweak that design as needed and BAM! We are ready to get the machine running.
We also need to set up the thread colors and program the machine to run in the right order. Once we are threaded up, the newly hooped hats are ready to be made! Once a hat is done, we rip out the back paper for a clean finish and trim any excess thread that the machine may have left behind.
And there you have it! A beautiful product, ready to be worn but your own employees or customers!
