What I've learned over the years. I discovered 3 Pillars of Destruction in the Black Community.

1. Government Systems — They’ve consistently dismantled Black initiatives and replaced empowerment with dependency.

2. Church Traditions — We got comfortable with ritual instead of transformation. The culture became louder than the calling.

3. Fighting Style — We march, we speak, we march again. But we don’t build systems that let us depend on ourselves. We don’t lack power, we lack structure.

And until we build our own systems, the cycle won’t break.
