Last weekend, I had the privilege of attending a book launch celebration for an exceptional leader and someone I deeply admire, Kathy Eastwood.
Shortly after starting OC Social, Kathy gave me one of my first opportunities to grow my business. More importantly, she believed in me, encouraged me to think bigger, and challenged me to reach higher than I thought possible.
As I've grown both professionally and personally, I've often reflected on how much my journey has been shaped by the people who invested in me along the way. Kathy has been one of those people.
