Hope can mean believing that something different is possible, even when the path forward isn’t clear.

We’re grateful for the vulnerability it takes to share a story like this, and honored that the Hope Phone held space for her words. Her story stayed with our team. It reminded us that hope doesn’t have to look like a fresh start or a promise about tomorrow. Sometimes, it begins with being heard, having a choice, and knowing support is there when you’re ready.

Every survivor’s story is their own. We’re grateful she chose to share part of hers with us. 🤍

“I don’t know how, or what, or when.”

Matthew spoke about the distance between himself and his children, and the hope he continues to hold for their relationship. He didn’t pretend to know what the future will look like or how things might come together. He simply shared that the hope is still there.

We know how personal it is to speak about the people you love and the things you’re still hoping for. We’re deeply grateful to Matthew for trusting us with this part of his story. It’s his story to tell, and it was a privilege to hold space for it. 🤍

There are parts of someone’s story that deserve to be held with care rather than explained. We’re incredibly grateful to Matthew for trusting us with this part of his and for allowing us to listen. 🤍

There are moments when hope isn’t something you can see in front of you. It’s something you choose to hold onto when everything around you feels uncertain.

She shared what it has meant to reach for God in the moments when she felt hopeless and to trust, even then, that she wasn’t walking alone. There’s so much weight in the words, “God, I cannot see You, but I feel You.” For her, faith has been that quiet assurance the belief that through every trial, every unanswered question, and every moment she couldn’t see the way forward, God was still there.

We are deeply grateful she trusted us with something so close to her heart. Her words are a beautiful reminder that sometimes hope is simply having something to hold onto when you can’t yet see what’s ahead. 🤍

Hope asks us to believe that what we do today matters, even when we may never see the full result.

For Mary Riordan, that looks like planting a tree you may never sit beneath, raising children, and investing in people without knowing exactly what will come from it.

Dose of Hope teamed up with Hello Culture during their content creation day to capture stories of hope within their community. 🤍

Hope showed up in so many ways: in believing tomorrow can be better than today, in choosing love and kindness, in seeing possibility in others, in trusting Jesus through the difficult moments, and in believing that even the smallest actions can create meaningful change.

Every voice shared something different, but together they reminded us that hope is what keeps us moving forward, believing in what’s possible and working toward something better.
