Saturday, 7:27 a.m., Apache Wash. 57 degrees. First morning this fall that actually felt like fall.

Getting out the door is always the hard part.

After that it was eight of us, 13.6 miles and about 1,070 feet of climbing.

Spiraling…. it’s part of what i deal with… depression… ADHD… lack of motivation. Mountain biking has become a safe place… something i can count on when life gets heavy. Being in this spiral is temporary… i know this. Just gotta give it time to pass.
