There is an IMPORTANT Difference between a self-righteous person and a Made RIGHTEOUS person
A "christian", "jew" or even someone who is merely trying to be a "good person"...they ALL have one fatal FLAW! It is their restraint, their willpower, their effort that is either resisting evil or attempting good. THAT'S A THIN DISGUISE FOR WORKS!
When I say "works", what happens? Does your mind gravitate to "trying to earn your way in to Heaven"? Do you IMMEDIATELY remove yourself from that category?? So (maybe) you relate to willpower...but you IMMEDIATELY disregard "works". Hmmm....??? THAT'S STRONG DELUSION IN ACTION! NO?!?
17 but The FACE of The Lord is AGAINST them that do evil, to DESTROY their memorial FROM the earth. The RIGHTEOUS Cried, and The Lord HEARKENED TO them,
A RIGHTEOUS person is someone who KILLED OFF willpower! WHY would ANYBODY do such a thing??? I mean...isn't that counter-intuitive??? Won't you fall right into the perils of satan and everything unHOLY?? WHERE'S YOUR HEART?? If it's 💯 for Yah, SURRENDER to His POWER...and He will MAKE you INTO RIGHTEOUS person.
18 and DELIVERED them OUT of ALL their afflictions [straits, distress, trouble].
19 The Lord is NEAR to them [the broken in heart] that are of a contrite heart; and will SAVE the lowly in spirit.
20 MANY are the afflictions [evil, misery, distress:] of The RIGHTEOUS: but OUT of them ALL The Lord will DELIVER them.
The Self-righteous:
Affliction is Used like a Wine Press to CRUSH one's willpower in God's Attempt to Force SURRENDER
The RIGHTEOUS:
Sanctification Happens when God (like with Job) ALLOWS Specific Afflictions to Come on His Children. It's like Holy Boot Camp for Believers.
21 He KEEPS ALL their bones: NOT ONE of them shall be broken.
22 The DEATH of sinners is evil: and they that hate RIGHTEOUSNESS will go wrong.
KJV 21a (LXX 22a):
Evil shall slay the wicked:...
23 The Lord will REDEEM the souls of His Servants: and NONE of those that HOPE IN Him shall go wrong.
If you've self-identified as a "willpower'er"...yet you allow ANYTHING to distract you from RESOLVING "THAT"...you REVEAL yourself as partially-hearted. AND STRONG DELUSION COULD VERY WELL BE YOUR DEMISE! THAT leads to Hell you know!?! Are you good with that? If yes, party it up bro! Earth is the CLOSEST you'll get to Heaven...and it ain't even CLOSE to the REAL THING!
