Be like Nike βJust Do It β !
China isn't just watching the Epstein files drop β it's threatening to use them.
A senior Chinese government official publicly hinted this week that Beijing may be in possession of the full, unredacted Epstein files β and could release every name in them at any moment. The statement, amplified across Chinese state media, is being read by intelligence analysts as a deliberate act of information warfare aimed squarely at Washington.
This isn't the first time China weaponized Epstein material. When the Justice Department began releasing documents from Epstein's cases, China's state broadcaster CGTN was among the first international outlets to amplify the content β not to report the story, but to use it. The most explosive example: Chinese propaganda outlets selectively cited Epstein file material to accuse the Dalai Lama of connections to Epstein's network. The Central Tibetan Administration called it a deliberate smear campaign driven entirely by disinformation.
The DOJ's own released files add fuel to this fire. Investigators found that Epstein's network had documented ties to individuals linked to Chinese and North Korean intelligence operations, as well as to shadowy international arms trafficking. The full picture of those connections hasn't yet been made public β which is exactly what makes the Chinese official's claim so threatening.
Now Beijing is hinting it may already have what Washington hasn't released. Whether it's a bluff or a genuine intelligence coup, the message is unmistakable: China is watching, it knows the names, and it's deciding when and how to use that leverage.
