Last night, Charlotte and I had the pleasure of attending Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona's "Big Night Out" Gala. For over 65 years, this remarkable organization has been dedicated to fostering one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower youth to achieve their full potential. By pairing adult volunteers ("Bigs") with children ("Littles") aged 6 to 18, they have cultivated positive relationships that lead to significant outcomes: increased confidence in academics, improved family interactions, and a 46% reduction in the likelihood of initiating illegal drug use. With over 200 youth currently awaiting mentors, the need for volunteers is more pressing than ever. How can you make a difference in a young person's life today?
