Think about things in terms of directives.

What are the pillars you want to speak about?

In SaaS marketing, the sale never ends. ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Thatโ€™s what Tom Kuhr (CMO of Greenfly) talked about with our CEO Chris Mechanic on the 3-Minute Marketing podcast.

The initial sale is actually just the start.

Think of it as your introduction to the customer and the thing that gets you into their environment.

But from there, itโ€™s your job to continue to grow and expand your relationship.

He puts a sales overlay department into customer success, whose only job is to create sales plans for customers.
